SMALL RED VASE

Shishi San  is a multidisciplinary textile artist based in Brussels. Since 2019, she has been exploring the technique of tufting with both precision and playfulness, pushing its limits to reveal its sculptural potential. Using colourful threads and soft textures, she creates vibrant, one-of-a-kind works that are bold in form and rich in detail.

No two pieces are ever the same. Each work is a new search for shape, balance, and rhythm—mixing symmetry and spontaneity, organic movement and precise pattern. Her practice is driven by a constant curiosity and a desire to expand what textile can be.
